you act like the production tolerances of the body make that difference mean something.Originally posted by HECDOGGIE View PostThe amount of bend that needs to be done would alter the hole placement.
Anyone know who sells the M16 / Grade 8 Bolts? ( Ace , lowes and HD do not have them )"If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

When you're bolting an aftermarket control arm to an aftermarket k-member both made by the same manufacturer there should be no fitment issues if things are manufactured properly.Originally posted by FOKAI View Post
Don't think it's bad quality, It's aftermarket parts. aftermarket stuff it's never going to just bolt up that's for any part. We are modifying a vehicle form what it came form factory. Something is going to need to be cut or bent or adjusted or moved ect. I seen this issue before with different brands of k members new or used just need to be bent a little will work perfect after. Just part of the gameAtlantic Blue '00 - '03 Cobra motor and TKO600, solid axle, full MM suspension
Silver '01 Vette - D1 blown LS

Posting on here was "stopping to think"Originally posted by 46Tbird View PostHave you stopped to think that maybe it's not a good idea to run that k-member if you CAN re-align the control arm mounting point with a tap from a hammer?
I toss the idea into the "dfwmustangs board of directors" and see what comes out.
