I dunno, there's plenty of tricks to get around the cap, but with everything they're doing, I'd like to see the breakdowns on paper for sure.

Last year their cap based salary was 71M. Based on resigning alone, and not any new pickups they were at 81M.

Looks like Jerry needs to get his negotiating skills in check, evidently Abram Elam is ready to come to Dallas, but says the money isn't there yet.

being that they havent really signed anyone outside of Dallas, I'd say Jerry's negotiating skills aren't that well. Dallas has had a poor free agency period this week in my opinion. Outside of signing Free and Kosiar they haven't signed anyone that looks to fill a void that they need.
