Fuck you Joe Nathan!!! Torrealba, you too!!!Originally posted by talismanI wonder if there will be a new character that specializes in bjj and passive agressive comebacks?Originally posted by AdamLXIf there was, I wouldn't pick it because it would probably just keep leaving the game and then coming back like nothing happened.Originally posted by BroncojohnnyBecause fuck you, that's whyOriginally posted by 80coupenice dick, Idrivea4bangerOriginally posted by Rick Modena......and idrivea4banger is a real person.Originally posted by JesterMan ive always wanted to smoke a bowl with you. I hope we don't see Nathan during the playoffs. Guys just kills me when I see him on the mound.Originally posted by talismanI wonder if there will be a new character that specializes in bjj and passive agressive comebacks?Originally posted by AdamLXIf there was, I wouldn't pick it because it would probably just keep leaving the game and then coming back like nothing happened.Originally posted by BroncojohnnyBecause fuck you, that's whyOriginally posted by 80coupenice dick, Idrivea4bangerOriginally posted by Rick Modena......and idrivea4banger is a real person.Originally posted by JesterMan ive always wanted to smoke a bowl with you. Not a great win, but a needed win nonetheless! It's a good thing when they win a 3-2 ballgame.Originally posted by mustang_marc View PostDamn, Young with some shitty defense. We're going down to the wire now. Base hit ties this game.
Moreland is really being missed right now. Plus, Young's hitting is about 50 points lower this season than last year. Between he and Napoli (who is almost 100 points lower than last season!), they are kind of lucky to be where they are right now.

I'm not sure what games you two dildos have been watching. He's averaging less than a hit per inning pitched, .333 runs per inning pitched with 9 of the 12 runs against him being earned.Originally posted by SC457A View PostI sure am glad, I am not the only one who is VERY nervous when Nathan is trying to close out games. How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

I believe Young is now 7 for his last 10 or so, and Napoli had some good at bats last night. The two of them snapping out of their season-long funks is going to determine a lot of how the second half goes.Originally posted by Vertnut View PostNot a great win, but a needed win nonetheless! This. I complained about Nathan as much as anyone did early on in the season, but he's been rock solid since then.Originally posted by The Geofster View PostAside from the opening week or two or abysmal playing, Nathan has been pretty solid for the most part. I am pretty sure I said nervous... I do trust him more than Feliz.
Last night he almost blew the game. I guess you missed that game. 3-0 score... then 35 pitches later tying run on 3rd with two earned runs already in.Some cars and a bike...
Some say... they have been raced, some a lot

I just couldn't stay awake. Turned it off with 2 outs at the top of the ninth. Still, the 5 or 6 runs he's allowed in the past ten games seems to be a bit of an anomaly compared to his production over the past couple of months. Call it a slump? Now if he starts blowing games left and right like early in the season, I'd start getting nervous each time he walked out.Originally posted by SC457A View PostI am pretty sure I said nervous...
