Anyone still feel bad about giving up Justin Smoak?

Batting .198 through 86 games this year with 79 Ks. I think he's right on par with what Chris Davis did before he turned his career around this season around in Baltimore. Davis is at least batting .260 for the year. That's serviceable.

Moreland and Snyder are both instant upgrades over Davis. They're each nearly as good as he is defensively, and offensively they make him look like Taylor Teagarden.

The inability to drive runners home is something I've bitched about since last year. Hell, maybe even the year prior. And there were two-on in scoring position before Hamilton, but Kinsler had to foul out.

I just do not understand Holland. Some games the guys is lights out... can do nothing wrong. Some games he gets killed. It just does not seem like there is much in the middle. So far today, its in the middle if he can stop the bleeding.

I am losing all faith in Hamilton. Seems like the pitcher only has to throw down and away to get him to swing ( and usually miss).

Do the Rangers try hard to keep him this offseason? I know the guy has talent/skills. Is his price dropping or staying the same?

I would say it's in a semi-sharp decline. But I'm not expert.
