I'm very happy he is back, but I don't understand why it's another 1 year deal.

Might have to do with the suspicious fire at his home in Atlanta. They were saying it was arson. He has some baggage and in this day in age the DC brass seems like they want to cover their bases. Which as we all know, has never been the case around this mudduck!
