LOL openroadracer and I were talking about JUST that yesterday. I figure blind draw is fine, but how about something like this:

6 best as 'captains'
ONE personal pick (everyone plays better with certain folks, chemistry and fun etc)
Remainder on blind draw.

THAT would be damn fair and probably keep it pretty square. I can obviously handicap it on top.

It doesn't matter to me if I win or lose at Golf. I play to have fun and drink some beer and enjoy the day. So I'm sure whatever team I'm on we will lose.

'stacked' teams won't matter if Don's instituting some sort of handicap system.

..otoh - if you fall on the wrong side of a random draw, you can end up with a full team of people like me (ones that can't play) and regardless of handicap, you'll lose your ass. (this happened to us last time)

probably not, its during the week. I never know when/where im working umtil the night before so its kinda hard to plan ahead
