    Spicy sausage stew...

    1 onion chopped
    1 can green chilies
    (sweat those down in the pot)
    2 lbs Earl Campbell's hot links cubed up
    1 can hot rotel
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    2 cans Bush's black bean fiesta
    1/2 can of chipotle's in abodo sauce (chopped)

    cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, eat.
