We won't default. We will just be violating our own set limits. This is all just an excuse to raise taxes. When all is done, they'll sell it to us as a favor for not raising taxes as high as it could have been.

The government fucks up by doing things we don't want, yet we end up paying for them to continue AND progress their bullshit.

It's all bullshit and scare tactics. Entitlement programs have nothing to do with borrowed money. He decides what gets paid. He can either take care of "his people" or pay on the debt that HE created. He owns this economy, plain and simple.

Right. The entitlements that are "pre-paid" are not the ones that should be cut. If he cuts SS payments, he needs to be terminated. I say cut Congress' pay and benefits. They're the ones that got us into this mess.
