Wow, I guess jluv doesnt understand that if we continue to decrease the size of the middle class, and increase the size of the lower class, it will be a whole lot easier for the government to "collect the wealth". Meanwhile, let put the lower class against the upper, and have the government use them as liason to the wallets of the rich. Liberals/Socialists are pathetic, at best.

What I understand is that people have talked all this doom and gloom talk since Obama made it in the first time, and it never came true for me, my family, my friends, my coworkers, etc. I just don't buy it. Things will always be screwed up, regardless of who's in charge, but a more positive outlook makes a world of difference in quality of life. People predicted that by now we'd be paying half our income on taxes, lose access to quality health care, or even have our president come out as a terrorist - they were wrong. It didn't come to fruition. Just a bunch of wasted time and energy saying or thinking that shit was true and worrying about it. It's the same thing now. What happens will happen, and Romney wouldn't have been able to stop it anyway.

Cost of insurance, food, fuel, and store-bought items has gone through the roof in the last 4 years. I can't say for certain that it's O's fault.. but it sure has managed to hit the wallet while he's been in office. That's what this is about to me, i dont give a fuck about gays marrying, or anything like that. I worry my money isn't going as far as it used to.. it's like i put money in the top of the piggy bank while the governments hand is in the bottom raiding it. it's senseless. we've successfully created a generation of people looking for nothing more than their next handout.

The republican party is now primed and ready to be taken over with some new young blood. The writing is on the wall for the old guard. They blew it, big time and now most everyone will start to realize only winning in TX, OK, AL, and GA is a proven two time losing strategy. Two years after '08 the Tea Party blew up and unfortunately got hijacked somewhere between then and now. In two more short years we will have the tea party V2.0 and I don't think the GOP will be able to knock it off the tracks again. Democrats will be fighting for 20 seats, the GOP only 13...

It's disrespectful to citizens, military and so forth who have either given everything or have ethics and a lifestyle that represents a good American.

Hate on the politicians that are corrupt. I can not dismiss everything that has been sacrificed and done for a long time over the several years. Too much has been worked for accomplished in order to just hate on the country.

I agree with you, it is utterly disrespectful. The people of the US have raped and pillaged what was once a great nation.

The uncertainty is what is getting me. Am I working my ass off for a dollar that at any moment can be worth absolutely nothing? Will I be able to show my kids the life they deserve?

Im not sure that there is anything that can be done about the nose dive that we have put the country into. How long can they keep it afloat is the question now.
