    You REALLY need to read up on the politics surrounding the passing of the GCA.

    Call them sub human, a lessor bred, savages, felons, jews, or whatever you need to call them to justify the restrictions that you place on them. Most of the crimes that people in our country are in prison for are crimes without a victim with the defendant being placed in the odd position of being the victim as well as the aggressor.
