I do love the demo part! Clean up is something else altogether!

got all three bathrooms remodeled new flooring upstairs, was on to next project then this happened! So back patio upgrades got a bump to front of the line!

THANK GOD no one was under it, i feel incredibly lucky!










4 hours of hard work on cleanup! Really opens it up back there! Insurance check in hand...time to redo the back patio area! Actually excited about this! Theoretically we want to have an outdoor kitchen platform, firepit platform, and a large outdoor picnic table platform all coming off this main deck and leave what you still see in place just replank it. Going back with a metal roof.....

How much land do you have?

5 acres, long narrow lot, a creek splits our land in half too. Bridge is an upcoming project so we can utilize the back half. Unless we find a one story we like better. We like country living and want more land and less neighbors down the road.
