I like it. My first car was ALMOST a 76 fastback with a v8 (in 1988). My dad said it was TOO MUCH power for a 16 year old!!!!

It's crazed quite a bit from sitting outside, but I compounded a few spots tonight and the shine came right back. She'll end up getting a repaint after I get the rust issues worked out. The Welds buffed out to look like chrome though (well, one of them did, that shit is hard work! LOL!).

Except where the paint is nonexistent.

Does that guy happen to have an extra front valance for a Cobra?
PM when you're ready. It's not much to see right now, but it's a solid start. I checked with the parts guy, all he has left is some suspension stuff and interior parts. There's KC front air dam on Ebay right now, but the guy wants $600! LOL! Obviously not getting any bids, but it is in nice shape. If you're not worried about using fiberglass parts, this guy seems to have damn near everything, for everything - http://www.hairyglass.com/ the website is hell to navigate, and the pics are mostly non-existent, but he has things I haven't seen since I was a kid (Including van flares!).

I like it. You just don't see Mustang II's any more, especially not King Cobra's. I think my old seats will look great in that red interior - thanks for buying them.

I have a fresh 347 shortblock that I will make you a good deal on. its 28oz imbalance too

According to this link, you'll need a MII-specific flexplate for 50oz and there is one available from Art Carr.
