again.. i think the GT500 is bad ass.. for a mustang.. but not for $65-70k.. i just dont see enough value in it over a $24k 5.0GT t warrant almost 3 times the price.

lol.. you realise if anything.. a 70k GT500 is WAY more of a Boy racer turned mid lift chrisis Douche than a vette.. considering you can get into a base c6 coupe for 43ish K brand new.. ..just sayin...

The GT500 base price is $54k and there is several dealerships selling them at MSRP just to get them sold. Only a sucker will pay an ADM.

I LOVE Corvettes, especially the Z06. If I didn't have my little girl, you bet your ass there would be a Z06 in the garage right now rather than a Stang. Chevy sold a little over 13,000 units with the Corvette last year with Porsche in a distant second place selling over 6,000 units. While Corvette dominates that market, it's a very small market and wouldn't make sense for Ford to R&D a new car to compete with.
