It is rust you fucks!!! Just to rid myself of doubt, i got a bucket of dawn/water mix and scrubbed the fuck outta it. Some of the red came off but it is still RUSTY! lol

Probably going to get it done when I do the fromt end comversion on it, we will be blending the fender anyways.

You do understand that you are not supposed to use household cleaners on automotive paint right? They are very abrasive towards the clear coat. Please do not use dawn or any other household cleaner on your paint.

Best way to avoid rust or hail damage? Buy a corvette... They have better paint jobs too. My 13 year old vette shines as good as some new stangs do.

Do you think the paint on 13 year old Cavaliers are just as good as new Mustangs because the same paint that was used on the Corvette was used on every other GM product of the time. You just maintained the paint better than most people do.

all jocking aside get that thing in the dealer and get its fixed. It looks like the car might have been wrecked on that side before that misalignment seems like it stems from that. sucks if it was wrecked and dealer sold it to you as new.

I watched the car get pulled off of the transport while I was at the dealer. Was originally looking for a black coupe when this one came in. Kona blue is a beautiful color. I'm pretty sure it is just poor worksmanship.
