jesus, that requires hacking up a bunch, what do you think about doing my original way and just using something like this:

seems like there would be enough room in the inner fender for a 3inch pipe to go around that

    nope.

The box is on the outside of the frame (for the compressor discharge)

If you mount the inner edge of the turbine flange to the frame - the compressor discharge can point down. All you have to do is trim the frame and box it accordingly.

The way you have it laid out, you have to pass the discharge tube in front of the compressor and you won't be able to get any kind of filter on it.

I definitely want to come by and check it out once you get going on this. Any motor work planned to accommodate the turbo?
rod bolts will probably get swapped (hopefully some katechs will show up on tech or something for a decent price), otherwise these motors are pretty stout in stock form. i won't be too aggressive with it and will try to tune it on the safe side of things.

more then welcome to come by anytime. considering taking it to my FIL's shop in weatherford to tear it all apart, he's got all the good tools, mill/lathe/tig/mig/band saws/presses/grinders/belt sanders/etc. just have to keep accumulating parts in the mean time.

Not going to rip it apart till after the cruise, but decided to check on room. alternator is def. going to have to be moved to the other side of the motor, computer is going to have to be relocated, the c6 manifolds may be close and i might just weld a 90* fitting to the compressor outlet to turn into the inner fender, but otherwise things look good
