I can't believe his own police force threw him under the bus like that.

I agree. And, I wish they'd get back to the old way of doing things. You resist? They beat you into submission. You're a rowdy punk down at the juvie detention center? They beat you into submission. Its got nothing to do with race, its all based on the individual. White? They beat you into submission. Black? They beat you into submission. I really do think that this helps a lot of people. How many times as a kid, did you witness some mouthy kid's attitude totally change, when somebody beat his ass? How many times did your attitude totally change, when your dad got tired of your BS, and whooped your little ass? I'm an advocate for beatings.

I'm thinking get back to circa 1850-1920. When it comes to policy in the institutions.

And its official... He has resigned from the "force"... No pun intended.

y police officer Cpl. Eric Casebolt subduing a 15-year-old girl.

McKINNEY — Eric Casebolt, the McKinney police officer whose actions at a pool party disturbance last Friday went viral in a YouTube video, has resigned from the force.

Casebolt's resignation was confirmed Tuesday by attorney Jane Bishkin, who told WFAA that the decision was made after a meeting with the department's internal affairs unit to review possible charges he could face.

Casebolt, a 10-year veteran of the McKinney Police Department, was placed on administrative leave Sunday after a 7-minute video of the incident at a Craig Ranch community pool gained traction on the Internet. That clip has now been viewed almost 9.5 million times.

Rev. Ronald Wright, executive director of Justice Seekers Texas, told media outlets that such incidents will likely lead to ISIS-style terrorism in the country, specifically targeting law enforcement.

“We’re setting the stage for a terrorist attack in this country. And the group is not going to be ISIS, it’s going to be ‘US-IS,’ us against these unjust law officers and people who continue to allow racism to grow into this city,” Wright said.

Wright’s comments follow what has now been dubbed the “Pool Party Controversy,” an incident in which a Texas police officer drew his firearm on unarmed black teenagers before throwing a bikini-clad girl to the ground last Friday.

I don't believe so. He hasn't been on the board in some time, I thought. I don't even remember what his old screen name was.
