yall quit arguing with the dummy-o's. They want to hate the police more than they want to look at reality. It's got to be some form of retardation.

If the kids wouldn't have been breaking the law and starting to riot, the police wouldn't have been there in the first place. If they had just left when the cops showed up like they were told, there wouldn't have been this issue in the first place.

They wanted to make a scene, found a place, and had at it.

A couple, sure. There were far more than a couple. Some reports say 70+ and some say 200+.

I just don't think a cop should pull his weapon unless he feels his life is in danger. Potentially getting your ass whooped does not equate to I might die from a bunch of kids (imo).
Because no one has ever mobbed a guy, beat him senseless, then taken his weapon and shot him with it...

I'd like to see the city of whatever governmental body come down on the mom and host teen, for operating a business illegally/without the appropriate permits, zoning, safety measures, etc. What they were doing is wholly wrong on many levels, but the media won't speak to that side of the coin.

His attorney and his "story" of what he was doing are full of shit.

Wow. Listen to what his attorney has to say...

I wonder if he will sue?!

My daughter would have had her ass whipped up and down the street regardless of what the cop did.
You are obviously unfamiliar with the Dalton Philosophy!

This is the way you have to look at it. Cops are no different than us when considering their level of defense.

1 shot from a tazer and then what -- swarmed by 4 or 5 more while reloading?
