        Very snide. I am not a fan of crossfit in the slightest. For cardio, though, it works.

          While it's no body building workout, it's far more than just cardio. Gotta keep in mind that not everybody's goal is bodybuilding. But crossfit, with a good diet of course, is plenty capable of putting muscle on ya.
