Incorrect. I talk shit about your unfounded claims of having more idiots doing traditional weight training than crossfit. What I've said has nothing to do with crossfit in itself, but rather those who try and preach the good news and then get butt hurt if someone doesn't see it the same way you do. You are a shining example of what I am referring to. So either you can accept the fact that in all your brilliant replies, from going into an unrelated thread and bleeding all over the place to fabricating things I never said, or you can keep jawing how wonderful you and your program are. Makes no matter. you are not going to change my opinion. Seems the only one unhappy with what I am doing is you, and that's pretty fucking funny. So again I say, job well done. Good show, kind sir. I can't tell if your replies are driven by an unrelenting insecurity problem or if you are really not all that bright. I think crossfit can be a great tool to achieve another level of fitness. That being said, I think a lot of people take it too far. I like the quick/explosive body weight only exercises combined with sprints or runs. I absolutely will not do kipping pull ups just to achieve a time or rep count, and will never do overhead squats or some other retarded olympic move in a fast movement. I like to just strictly lift weights in the morning, and crossfit for the afternoon workout.
