Agree. I thought 2 was a steaming heap.
1 is best, 3 was fine, 4 is pretty good even though I expected it to be crappy and for me to hate this Pratt guy cause I kept seeing his fucking name 5+ times a day on social media, news, memes... but I cant, he's too cool.

It was ok. I left wanting more, was annoyed by how convenient everything was, and how the fucking dinosaur they couldn't find was RIGHT there every time they needed it to be. Kids enjoyed it though.

saw it last night. The wife loved it, and likened it to the first one. I had high hopes, and it was only disappointing in a couple small ways.

One, the story line seemed like it was a 5 hour movie that they edited down. Lots of brakes that left me wondering why something wasnt explained, like the kid being some kind of genius. I picked up bits and pieces, but there was really only one solid mentioning.

The other thing that makes me think that: my company ended up salvaging some of the production vehicles. I didnt get to see all of what we got, but the few I saw werent in the movie at all. Perhaps they filmed the sequel to this one at the same time, or maybe they chopped out some sections that they would have been used in.

I enjoyed it and appreciated the Jurassic Park references, even using Benz's and having cues from the first movie in it.
