Had to call them today, Apparently they still have not shipped it, despite it being in shipped status for over 7 days.

I guess they just planned on waiting it out until I called to ask what the hell was going on?

Hopefully those buttheads will mail it out monday/tuesday or else I am going to try to escalate up the chain.

PSA doesnt provide tracking information, do they? My order has been sitting in "shipped" status since saturday.

I've never had a problem with PSA, it does take some time, but i've always received everything i've ordered.

They have even sent me extra stuff I didn't order lol

I know they tend to be super slow, but I bought a pistol from them a few weeks back and I received it within a week. I think it depends on how crazy the sale it during the month before.

They just sent me a notice saying they needed updated FFL information for the dealer...and the FFL had just recieved a gun from them within the past two weeks. Oh well, whatever. Sent them the information, lets now see how long this excuse is to ship it out now.

I cancelled my last order with them because of this. No communication, nada but refund was painless.

I gave them one day to ship it (after waiting the expected 10 business days), and they said "It's already been picked, we can't cancel it at this point." "I will tell my FFL to refuse the package then." "In that case, when we receive it, we'll issue a refund."

Well, shipped out two business days later, so I just decided to wait for it. Plus I had already bought things for it that were just waiting at home to be put on or swapped out.

Unless a fucking stellar deal comes along on something I REALLY want, I'll be thinking twice about ordering from PSA again.

I hear it can take a good while to ship and their customer service is garbage but hey, hopefully i get my rifle sometime...

Damn!!! I overpaid about 9 months ago. FAWK! I like mine and at that price, I would nearly like two! I put a different brake on it and bought a ton of surplus mags a like $3/ea so I think I'm good....but shit. Nice price.
