    You can't get caught up thinking about it that way. That's the narrow minded approach. Think about it this way.. you no longer have the freedom to use your phone for any reason but talking. Ever used the navigation on your phone? You can't pick your phone up and use that anymore. You just gave away another freedom. And on this will piggy back the loss of many more. And, you just voted for a tax increase.

    How do they prove speeding? They don't need any evidence, it's the officers word against yours.

    Now, will it stop people from doing it? I seriously doubt it, just like drinking and driving, it doesnt seem to stop anyone from doing it.


    According to the news, you don't have to show them your phone, so how can they prove it? lol.
