    You should see Stacey David from Gearz SLC Build. Car weights about 2,500lbs. with a twin turbo LS7. So, you can imagine that thing can scoot down the highway.

    I really like the RCR SLC.... but it's a shit ton of work to build one, and even the best builds I've seen still look kit car-ish.

    I'd find one somebody has already built and save about 50% of the cost of acquisition.

    For me it would be a toss up between the Daytona and the Cobra, with the edge going to the Cobra. Call me vanilla I suppose, but either would definitely have a huge mill in them. A GT350 motor would be unique, expensive, but unique.
