Glad y'all noticed that too. Cops, soldiers, everyday normal people get crippled all the time doing more important things. Things that are important to everyday life (i.e. "blue collar" jobs...etc...etc) and the news would never cover that to this extent.

I could be wrong, but she seems to be a snotty kids, who got bored of flying around in a plane looking at light (unlike most of us who do it from a car) and was too distracted to pay attention.

Don't confuse my irritation for the media. I still have some amount of sorrow for her, but the media just pisses me off.

it's because she was blonde, but never quite satisfied with her mediocre looks so she immersed herself in the fashion and socialite community to make up for them, which made her a known figure to those who would be sure to report such an accident to every news outlet in DFW.
