They are called, Beach Breeze, Breezeways of Encantada, The Marquesas, and Palm Bay Village.
I think all of the sites have been taken down since construction finished on them, and all of them have been sold. But if you're ever headed down there looking for a condo to rent, let me know and i'll get you the info for rentals, and if you mention him i'm sure they'll give you a deal

I'll take a look at it the next time I'm down there. I have a vague notion of maybe moving down there at some point since they are getting up there in years, and would be looking around at condos. Probably more in Corpus than Port A though.
