I've always wanted to rig up a system to spray brake fluid all over tailgaters. That would be hilaaarrrious.

As for people getting behind me. I try to scoot over when I see someone coming that is faster than me. Of course, there are always assholes that think they own the road and expect to drive 100 mph with a clear lane.

The windshield washer nozzles were aimed very high on my Fairmont, at 55 the water would spray up and over the car. I found out someone following very close to you will back off quick when liquid starts hitting their windshield, even if it is just water.

Can't remember the last time I had someone flash their lights at me. Generally I pass a car and as long as I won't have to jump back in the left lane immediately to pass more traffic I get back over into the right lane.
