If you want to make money in the stock market you don't "trade" you "invest". You have to understand what makes a share have value and what makes it a piece of shit, just like you would try to understand an investment in anything else of value. People will do more analysis to figure out if a lemonade stand is a viable business than they will for a share of stock. I find it very odd.
