    Or they pay with plastic

The other lives in a $2MM home with a tennis court. He also has a few Mercedes, a Ferrari, and a few 60s vettes.

Both are under 40. The smallest bill they carry in their wallet is a hundred dollar bill.

I consider myself upper middle class and in the top 2% of income in the US. They make me look like a fry cook at McDonalds.

At ~40 what kind of doctors are they? That is actually pretty impressive for ANY doctor. I saw your previous remarks about them earning more money on investments, I believe that...

But to answer the OP's question yes. The ones that don't are greatly out weighed by those that do. So buy default, YES!

Arrogant: exaggerating one's own worth or importance in an overbearing manner.

I dont see myself as that. I am just confident because everything that I put forth an effort to do I do well...and I have the necessary drive to be successful.

Self-righteous: convinced of one's own righteousness especially in contrast with the actions and beliefs of others : narrow-mindedly moralistic.

I can see where some may think this about me but if that's the case, then everyone is self-righteous about their beliefs and opinions. I feel strongly about what I believe in and will defend them if needed. However, I dont feel that I put others down in order to make myself feel better. That's just not me.

Exactly. I'm arrogant and self righteous. But I'm also very successful in what I do. It's necessary. Confidence, arrogance, etc. If you want someone to buy what you're selling, they have to buy you first.

I am not self-righteous...just dont mind the label so that it gives others self-satisfaction as to my motivations on here. To answer the question...many doctors that I know are arrogant because if you tell someone that they are the shit long enough, they will tend to believe it. I look at myself as one that they let slip through the cracks...
You would say that you slip through the cracks, but isn't that part of the job anyways?

    I couldn't agree more.

Not to mention the lack of social skills. My roommate in college was an electrical engineer. He was fine, but EVERY single person he brought over to study was just plain awkward.
