I don't know any on a personal level so I don't know. I always thought of doctors as the rich middle class because they had to earn their position and if they don't do their job right there are dire consequences.

For the record, I think a degree of arrogance and self righteousness is necessary to be a Dr. Or a good one, at least. Same thing with people in sales, etc.
