    Luis ...

    I worked with Luis at HV and it's so comforting to see so many people here that appreciated him and who he was. We will miss him a great deal. He was a truly good person and a caring police officer.

              Wow, I do not know how I missed this thread for the last day. I still can't believe it. This is absolutely terrible beyond describing. It's with a heavy heart that I hope he has found peace.

                Small world, one of my friends on facebook knows Luis. Saw a post earlier this morning saying RIP and i find this thread.
