Fly to mexico, walk across the border, take a bus to DFW. Hang out at home for a week, take a bus back to the border, walk back accross.

    Done.

We're gonna get drunk on the beach at Port A, and maybe go hang with family in New Orleans.

My summer trip was Moab, UT with my Jeep, but since that bitch crashed into my Jeep my vacation this year is building another Jeep for Moab.

Next year I'm fishing in Alaska.

The 8 month old daughter puts a damper on exciting trips like that. We are pretty adventurous and dig zip lines, snorkling, lots and lots of sight seeing, etc.

Hell, just got off the phone and she is pretty adimate about doing Canada and the falls. She doesn't trust us finding bottle water for Hailey's bottles and other foods in case she runs out in Mexico, etc. I find it easier to not argue stuff like that with her.

We will do Alaska one day. It is the highest on our list right above the Panama Canal. However, you are hard pressed to find a 7 day cruise that departs and arrives at a Canadian port on both. 90% are Alaska and Vancouver or Alaska and Seatle. I require a Canadian port on both to avoid flying into or out of a US airport. Even with that, cruises are not considered valid for tax reasons being in a foriegn country. Which I need 330 days a year in order to get my refund back.

4 days of tent camping, fly fishing, horseback riding, and whitewater rafting at a secluded location in the mountains North of Crested Butte, CO, followed by 3 days in a cabin on some private land near Lake City, CO, ending the trip with a wine, food, and music festival there in Lake City. All in late September when the leaves are changing colors and the weather's getting cool again.

    Keep your beaches!
