Guessing speed is not the same as a seat belt. You either had it on or you didn't and the OP has already admitted guilt that he didn't have it on.

Not always true sometimes they don't see it, I was pulled over for no seatbelt but I had a 5 point on. Once he saw that I was let go. Just because they think the belt wasnt buckled, doesn't always make it true.

I almost positive that you don't have to wear a seat belt while driving along the beach on sand, as long as it isn't a paved public road. However he could claim he followed you, from a paved road, and you didn't have one on then either

Everyone should use this as a reminder that it's the end of the month, and LE is out in full force racking up numbers for their "quotas that don't exist." I saw 16 officers writing tickets this morning, in the 13 mile drive to drop my daughter off.
