    Well, based on his "eye" for a speeding violation that was dismissed, I would say the case could be made that he didn't accurately see the seat belt either.

    It blows my mind that more cops arent just shot in the back of the head while sitting in their cars eating a snack. i know of very few people that havent had a bad encounter with a cop flexing his authority. Hate to be wearing a badge the day the US starts to crumble.
