    Short interest was 9% of the float as of October 30th when the stock was under $3. That isn't an insanely high short ratio and with move I have to believe most have already covered.

    Of course...my luck, next week the stock would drop back the 1 range that it started out. That after the position was closed. So not only did you lose the 106k, but missed out on the profit from the $2's to under a $1 a share....

    At the close of 17th, his position was worth $18,228. It closed at $2.10 so he had about 8,800 shares. That screenshot of his account says he's negative -106,000 during the after/pre market trading. So his short market value was -139,000 (-106-33). The time that screenshot was taken it was trading around $15.80

    Looks like a good thing they closed his position. In premarket this morning KBIO is up another $4.30. So he would owe 230k....lol

    Well, he had the $37k in the acct to support an $18k position at one point, lolz. Most people don't truly understand the concept of unlimited loss involved with shorting until they see something like this.

    Hard to believe someone would take that large of a position without having the funds to back it up. There is no way I would short something in that quantity.
