    My 08 Raptor still fires off with the stock battery. I don't know what kind of voodoo magic they used to make it but it works.

    Companies are really making nice Li batteries now. Great thing about them is they run full voltage until dead. That's why they usually have a button on them so you can play your stereo until you kill the battery and then just press the button and it has starting power in reserve.

    Very lite, can be mounted in any direction and don't need to be vented.

    I've had 2 optimas in 13 years. Maybe they suck now, but the 66 sits for weeks at a time, depending on season and it always fires right up.

    I don't mind the Autozone Duralast batteries. Just had to replace the one in my 66' after 5 years.

    Nothing beats Panasonic though. My 'Yota's battery was a Factory Panasonic and went for 7 years before it started having low CCA. I could have squeezed another 6 months out, but didn't feel like getting stranded.
