Watching the shooter's video again, the initial hesitation after aiming looks like he wanted her to see him and the gun, before shooting. Then it looks like he puts the gun back down and waits longer because he noticed the camera was not on her. He waited for the moment it panned back to her before aiming again and shooting. Dude wanted it on TV, and probably hoped for more of it to air.

Also, from the on-air footage, I thought he shot the camera guy first, but obviously didn't. On the shooter's video it sounds like there may have been a struggle. I wonder if the camera guy tried to stop him.

So glad he's dead.
