Ok just i'm back from Mesquite Police Department got hold of the police report. It turns out the motherfucker has insurance after all.


Looks like I'm getting a new truck. And Compensation for my pain and suffering. My neck hurts my back hurts the accident left me devastated and mentally distraught. I keep reliving that moment over and over. I have trouble sleeping. I can't even get up out of bed to go to the bathroom without assistance. I will be losing wages for missed work. You'll have to file a claim under your Uninsured Motorist Property Damage and Bodily Injury coverages, assuming that you have them. Deductible for the car is $250. If you don't, you'll have to file a Collision claim with whatever ded you have for that. Depends if you have PIP or Med Pay on your policy for any medical bills. If not, you're SOL.
