I'm wanting to base/clear my long block to contrast with the black/blue of the car.

Opinions on what to paint what.

I thought about painting the block,timing cover & heads (yes they are aluminum) gloss black and the valve covers car color

Or painting long block car color and intake & valve cover stay natural?

Really it just gives me an excuse to better the project without any money out of pocket lol
