Yeah, i knew about the rule. I dont plan to take this car to many tracks where this will be an issue. If they ever give me issues ill prob mount it next to the carb. Im pretty sure ill be moving it once I do an air/water setup to.

Pardon me Sir for pointing this out to you,
But you may wanna change the location of the fuel pressure regulator, because it may not pass tech at some race tracks.
The firewall is not an NHRA approved location.Last edited by d1tko; 11-09-2014, 02:04 PM.

I just got done doing the bracket/bolts/belt shuffle with all my accessories. I am envious of just 2 pullies.

I had to get creative with my belt. I wanted a good charge with my 250 amp alternator, so I cant run a "race" crank pulley.
Did some internet digging and found a timing belt idler pulley off an Evo will work for my idea.
Had Some 2in aluminium barstock turned down and drilled. This thing is has ZERO flex to it lol.
Boom! Problem solved

Eastwod 2k aerospray. Watch the video on youtube. Pretty good stuff. About $25-30 a can though.

Thanks. Yeah the spray can paint worked well. I did the acetone test and it doesn't rub off. For a big project id still use a spray gun. I had just enough to do 2 coats in my engine bay.

Did you just lay down the engine bay paint?
Engine looks good in there.
I feel you on the little things eating your lunch when doing this stuff.
