Lol, the Hamb is a joke with the "if it aint traditional, it aint shit" mentality. Shame, with as much knowledge is on that site is just surrounded with narrow-mindedness....

Yeah the HAMB is really picky like that. Pisses me off in a way but whatever. Kinda like the jackass's over here who bash because its not "era correct" and crap.

Build it like you want it and screw the haters.

he is pretty sure the paint wont stay this way long... he thinks he wants some color

*** what ever you do don't try to go to the hamb and look at this same build thread there... the mod locked the thread saying it didn't fit there style... ONE guy posted saying the LS didn't fit the forum, 2 mins later the mod locked it...

    rant over

Love the bodystyle but not crazy about the primer looking paint and keeping motor dirty. I hate working on dirty motors but just my opinion. I like how he is building it the way he wants instead of what the "norm" is though.

Those cars just had personality with all those body lines, I dig the hell out of them. Slots look good too.

Lol never. This is a cam only car. He doesn't like driving the Gto because it has "too much" power. He's getting old I guess haha

John makes this shit look easy.. I still fumble around when doing stuff. He's had to help out on a few things on this one that are pretty basic I just didn't figure it out myself. lol.. I could not get the damn injectors into the intake, John looked at them and figure out they had the wrong O-ring on them...stuff like that.

maybe on the next one John wont need to help as much haha

4l60e. You'd think I would go straight to an 80 with the issues I had with the GTO. But this just a cam car so hope it will be fine
