44 career mlb at bats and he's not exactly a typical 1st basemen. Seattle needs to do something with Ji-Man Choi today, maybe we can work out something with them. At this point I'd love to see .208 hitting Smoak back in a Ranger's uniform.

Applying his 21HR and 55RBI to our offense would have us likely somewhere near first place.

It's good in theory but you know he would have been one of the first guys to hit the DL if he was here. Warsh would have played him every day until he got hurt again, like the 5 times he did with the Rangers.
