Dude, you posted AFTER they got on that winning streak, and there was no possible way even you could've jinxed them into a loss on their off day yesterday.

However, you posted on the afternoon of 6/29 for the first time since April. They had won 4 in a row, 5 of 6, and 12 of 14. Less than 12 hours later, they blew a 5 run lead, gave up 6 in the 9th and lost to the Yankees. They went on to win 3 of their final 12 before the All-Star break. Only within the last week and a half have they started to recover from the damage you did.

I like both trades cause we get two good bats and one bats right and the other is a switch hitter. We didn't have to trade away Profar or even Gallo. I halfway wonder if Brinson was traded because Gallo doesn't offer much stock with how he's played in the MLB so far. We also get Jeremy Jeffress who has been good in the Milwaukee bullpen.

For sure I would like us to get a starting pitcher, but I think that would've had us lose Profar or Gallo.
