I hear ya...I cant always hit the shots (especially after a 4mos break) but I do know the swing and can help someone that makes good contact get their swing to where it is playable.

Yeah, I wanted to come but my wife and boys were waiting for me at the hotel to take them to dinner.
It's hard to debate with someone who is the poster child for the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Mike, we need to play some time.

I have my days, some better than others. Honestly, I don't play much at all - in fact, the GTG was only the 2nd time since late last fall. The other time was the day before.

I told myself I'd buy new clubs when I get a honest to goodness 85. I got close a few times, but my short game (inside 100yards) kills me. Just no time to practice.

Sure I have good distance but I am most proud of my short game and putting.

I don't lose my temper on the course and I respect the game of golf. The only time I don't have fun with someone golfing is if they throw clubs or get pissed often on the course. Sure... we all do it at times, but 5 to 6 times a round is just not cool with me.

Don has a great love for the game of golf, and I hope he takes to heart all this good advice better golfers are telling him. It is the person swining the club, or the Indian as Don would say, but come on bro, go buy you some game improvement cavity backs, get the swing on a better plane, and start kicking golf's ass!

I use fucking Mizuno MX-17 Cavity backs for God's Sake, don't be too pround to accept what ya really need. As Gates said on Sunday.... why make golf harder????

Right tool for the job. Cavity backs are the right tool for the vast majority of golfers, including many pros. If there are pros that can benefit from the technology, I'm sure it can help me too.
