I've known this guy for 20 years, and he has periodically done work for me on all of the properties I've owned. I didn't realize it but he does mostly commercial concrete work. He is also working a quote to put a cover on it and tie it into the existing covered patio.

Should be done in the next few weeks, then I'll finally be able to get a therapeutic hot tub for my back and neck.
Holy shit that is cheap. I built a 18x12 last year, not sure what I had in material, but it was close to $500. I slightly over engineered, but not terribly.

This is going to be nice to finally get done. Hoping the hot tub really helps out a lot.

Wish I could have gone the prescription route. My Specialist was not very helpful. 3 surgical procedures and little change. On the bright side I've got money coming in again, so I'm going to be doing a lot of work on the house trying to up my quality of life. Glad I had insurance. This is the point where things start turning around finally after being on edge for 8 months.

That may take a couple of concrete crews. We stick to a 90 minute delivery time. Any mud that shows up and left the plant more than 90 min prior gets sent back. It starts to get hot and sets faster the longer it takes to get it in the ground and floated

Hey people's. My company makes a new product now. Its been selling like stupid. Its called deckover. The quick explanation it's basically bedliner for decks , patios and even concrete. Not exactly cheap at $150ish per 5 gallon and we do sell it in two and one gallon. I've been making this stuff all summer and it's a pain to chisel and grind this crap off of my equipment.

Reason I post this is everyone going on about having to refinish the wood every so often. This would be great for his application seeing as it is a textured no slip Finnish.
