Posts finished out, shingles on. Weather put a damper on getting it painted today. The hot tub will basically take up the entire area between the first 2 posts that are closest in the picture. Then I'll have plenty of room to finally spring for some decent patio furniture.

They made good progress on the patio cover and they're still working.

It has really darkened the inside of my house, which I like, even though it only goes above one window. When I had the solar screens installed I went with 80% and should have gone 90, but I think this will correct a lot of the light. I'm gonna be a pale mofo.
    You already are!

But looking good on the Patio!

It beats the hell out of chlorine. No burning eyes, don't have to jack with it all the time.. Easy sell.

They took a "break" and installed a couple of ceiling fans, now more crew is here and they're back at it.

agreed, I think the salt will be more stable, and less expensive in the long run.

IMO salt water was a very good choice. Chemicals just suck

Getting started. Funny, the people from Hearth House will be here this afternoon to install my gas log set up, too. House is really coming together. Ordered my hot tub yesterday. It will take them about 3 weeks to build it and get it here. Went with a salt water set up. Seats 6, has 81 jets, an MP3 player with a subwoofer, and a waterfall. Pretty bad ass.

These are the posts that I was using to hold up the 11' x 11' sunshade over the courtyard.

    Wow. That's some scary shit.
