Anyone notice how effective the flashlight was in rendering the video camera useless? At night, all you have to do is put a spotlight on the videographer and they cannot get a picture. There is no need to go any further.

I have no idea what they were thinking. The basic concept is if you can see it and it's legal for you to be where you are, you can film it. The only exception would be government property where it is posted for security reasons (military base, etc), or if you create a disturbance while filming, prohibit or deny access by being in the way etc.
