i would hope he means the cop. why do so many cops turn into huge pussies as soon as they see a camera? you would think they would be trained to diffuse situations a little more rationally than that.

Most won't care about a camera on them. It happens all the time. Not to mention you are being filmed in your car anyhow. You get a bad apple every once in a while. You can notice the other 2 or so officers not bothered by it. They were probably thinking wth is he doing.

I cannot speak for NY officers. Here in Texas we do. I have been to NY many times, and their officers have attitudes.

OOOooo He feared for his safety because she was behind him? I could understand if she walked up on them, then you tell her to get back. But her being in her own lawn or on the sidewalk come on. I am interested to see what comes of this.
