Must be when your uploading it. Cause i tried to go look at the options and theres no way to change the quality when its already live.

I thought it would of been higher since some of the videos were from my Iphone.
Could be wrong but I think there's an option within your youtube account that allows you to change the quality of the upload. So you'll have to change that it's 720 or 1080 video.

Only other thing that will speed up your computer significantly, would be to replace the traditional hard drive with an SSD. Will make boot up much faster, and the computer will respond much quicker (in general). Still that won't help with load times, but will definitley be nice to have if you are opening large video files (for editing).

They may also have included them as PDF files on your computer. Regardless, there should be somewhere that tells you how to add RAM to the computer. I did a quick search on Google, and couldn't find any manuals posted online, and the Acer website is a PITA to deal with.

There should be a cover that give you access to the memory, usually on the bottom of the laptop. Do you have the manual that came with it? Should show you were it's located.

You'll have to open it up and see what it came with, if it has one stick, then you can just buy another (I would recommend going with the same kind). If it currently has two sticks of RAM, then you'll need to replace them both.

If it sits with 4Gb of RAM right now, then you just need to buy 1 more 4Gb stick of RAM.

www.crucial.com for your RAM needs. Good luck on the video card thing. Most laptops have all of the video chipset soldered into the main board.
