I'll boot your ass off the island if you say some crap like, "Get out and vote" or "Write your Congressman."

And you wonder why so many have such a dismal view of Law Enforcement.

Asking someone politely and bein a pushy asshole are different. I'm no where near welfare recipient. I contribute way too much in taxes to continue employing retards that are the police and government.
You still fail to prove any of your points...you know your "brethren" are going to misuse and abuse this ruling.
The difference between polite and pushy asshole is perception. If you're easily offended, then you need to grow a thicker skin.

Coming from someone of your character this just doesn't bother me.
Just because the SC comes out with a ruling on Monday, doesn't mean that departments go out and start practicing the result on Tuesday.
A department's legal will get this, review it, have meetings with the DA's office, and come to an opinion on how this ruling will effect the policies. They will more than likely weigh risk/liability more than the benefit of getting drugs off the street and highly restrict the use of this ruling.
That is a VERY condensed version, but you get the point. It could be MONTHS before we get handed a new policy. It's not like Legal/Command will be ignorant of the possibilty of misuse. It will be highly considered, as it should.

This is part of my responsibility as an officer. Knowledge should not be horded, but shared. If I can explain something, it's to everyone's benefit.
I know to take this board with a HUGE grain of salt, look at my join date.

1. no
2. Huge leap on your part. Rack your shit and life is fine. Expect others to clean up after you like a welfare recipient and you'll be called on it. Simple as that.
I guess you fall into the welfare recipient crowd.

Do you really think every large city in America has as clean of a department as Fort Worth? Take Dallas for example or see post 68 http://www.dfwmustangs.net/forums/sh...3&postcount=68 for example where LA police officers were pretending to have warrants ala Training Day style so they could steal from residents. That was an ONGOING problem with more than one fuck up. Can you verify that you know what goes into getting a no knock warrant in Atlanta? or NYC? or Memphis? Have been around the block so many times that you can guarantee this board without a doubt that EVERY SINGLE police depart in mid to major cities across America is as stringent with their policies as Fort Worth? There is at least 1 post every few months about a police fuck up somewhere in the nation, more often than not it's in a medium to large city. It's not a stretch to assume that the 4th amendment is violated even in minor ways more often than it's reported.
