It's not fucking reaching, it's very similar to what happened in Atlanta. Gma lives in a less than nice part of town and is 92, so it's safe to assume she's predisposed to paranoia about being robbed. The police got a no knock warrant, BUT someone along the chain of command fucked up and they raided the wrong house. Without announcing their ID and presence in the search for drug dealers at the WRONG HOUSE gma attempted to defend herself from unknown intruders. The cops shot her more than 30 times!!! There were no drugs because they raided the wrong fucking house and murdered an innocent woman. Shit happens in life sure, but this isn't fucking Iraq where casualties of war occasionally happen. If a no knock warrant is going to be issues the exigent circumstances better be fucking verified better than they currently are on average and you better not break into the wrong fucking house and kill and innocent woman.

aren't you the same cop that determine from a pic of a kid at a party with a redbull that he was drinking alcohol because they're sometimes mixed? And the same guy bossing people around at the gym because you have an authority complex?
Man, you are one sharp tack.

    1. no
    2. Huge leap on your part. Rack your shit and life is fine. Expect others to clean up after you like a welfare recipient and you'll be called on it. Simple as that.

I guess you fall into the welfare recipient crowd.

Were they still justified going in?

I can see alot of lawsuits coming out of this.

Nah, there's alot of people in this nation that talk a big game but really the majority of American people including all the "hotheads" on this board are idealists and more docile than they want to believe. The next civil war if one occurs again will come from partisanship from within the military. There's no solid unified base of leadership for any such revolt against national power nor would any state or group of militias be able to resist the US Military without intervention by US military units. An insurgency without a true nationalistic cause would flutter our relatively quickly, as a consequence of the last decade of brush fire wars our upper echelon of military commanders have become the most educated and experienced fighters in small wars. But that's just my opinion, unless you see the military physically split itself over support I don't see any militaristic movement gaining steam.

Especially when ex-establishment homers (like me) are looking at it as the only option to make any real difference. I would have laughed at myself several years back.

Actually, my question was rhetorical, but you've cleared it up. It's clear to me now. They had to break in because she was a hardened criminal and liked to shoot cops. ;-). In that case, I've changed my mind. Now, I'm all for them going in without a warrant so that can stop menacing grandmas.

It's called a door brace or door jammer. The one pictured is an OnGuard Door Brace.

Thanks for the info, now what is it? It appears to be a hunk of steel that locks into the floor thus making it hard to kick in a door.
